B-Sharp AI Pte. Ltd. is committed to ensuring its website at b-sharp.ai is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) on 5 October 2023.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility, covering perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness of web content. Conformance at this level is intended to ensure the website is usable by people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification tools, and other assistive technologies.
Our WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility targets also support compliance with the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), which references WCAG as the benchmark for web accessibility, and the European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements for ICT products and services procured by public sector organisations in the European Union. For clients operating in these markets, conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA meets or exceeds the accessibility expectations of both frameworks.

3. Date of Last Audit
A comprehensive manual accessibility audit of all pages of this website was conducted on 1 April 2026. The audit covered all WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA success criteria applicable to this website, including colour contrast, keyboard navigation, focus appearance (SC 2.4.13), touch target sizing (SC 2.5.8), heading structure, landmark regions, link purpose, use of colour, form accessibility, accessible authentication (SC 3.3.8), and focus not obscured (SC 2.4.11).
Automated testing was additionally conducted using Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse/axe-core) on the same date.
4. Measures Taken
The following accessibility measures have been implemented across all pages of this website:
- All interactive elements provide visible focus rings of at least 2px with a minimum 3:1 contrast ratio, satisfying WCAG 2.2 SC 2.4.13 Focus Appearance (AA)
- All text and UI component colour combinations meet the WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) AA threshold of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components
- All interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) threshold of 24x24 CSS pixels; the majority meet the enhanced 44x44px threshold
- All hover and focus state changes include a non-colour visual indicator (underline) in addition to colour change, satisfying WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Colour
- All pages include a <main> landmark, a navigation landmark, and a footer landmark, satisfying WCAG 1.3.6 Identify Purpose
- All pages include a properly structured heading hierarchy beginning with a single <h1> element
- All images include descriptive <alt> text
- The cookie consent banner uses the HTML <inert> attribute to remove footer elements from the keyboard tab order while displayed, satisfying WCAG 2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum)
- All form inputs include visible labels and a visible 2px focus indicator
- The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode, minimising cognitive load in accordance with WCAG 3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (Minimum)
5. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, the following known limitations exist as of the last audit date:
- Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form): The spam-prevention widget is a third-party component outside our direct control. In rare circumstances it may present a visual challenge requiring object recognition. We have selected invisible mode to minimise this occurrence. Users who experience persistent difficulty are encouraged to contact us at dpo@b-sharp.ai.
- Google Fonts: Website typography is loaded from Google Fonts. Should Google Fonts be unavailable, the website falls back to system sans-serif fonts. A <noscript> fallback is provided for users with JavaScript disabled.
- Third-party rendering: Performance profiling identifies a minor forced reflow attributed to third-party browser behaviour outside the scope of this website's code. This does not affect accessibility.
